Music List #2

For me, when it comes to songs about sex or drugs, I do not listen to what the lyrics mean as much as I do the melody and how it makes me feel. Here are five songs that came to mind.
1) A Little Bit of Ecstacy - Josie
When I hear this song, it makes me think of the club Ruby Sky and when I have went there to dance. It also makes me feel a little sassy. The first time I heard this song was in the car on the readio with my dad.
2) Must be the Ganja - Eminem
I love the way Eminem sings this song. The melody, his tone of voice, the ryhtym. It all goes together so well, and for me its very catchy! The first time I heard this song was at a party recently.
3) I'm in Miami Bitch, The Bay Edition - LMFAO
Again, this song is very catchy. This first time I heard this song was in a club and it just made me want to dace!
4) Best I Ever Had - Drake
This song reminds me of my friend and I when we take a drive and whenever it comes on the radio or ipod we just start singing it.
5) Hotel Room - Pitbull

Study Tip #2

My next study tip would be to go to sleep early and get a good nights rest if there is an important thing going on in class the next day. For instance a test, or you are giving a speech. This you will be well rested and more prepared for class.

Googlin' Myself

When I googled myself I got this:
~ about ten different links to results on gymnastics meets and there scores
~ a couple youtube links
~ a link to some people following me on twitter
~ a link to white pages
~ a link to a news article about my father and I when I was very young
~ and some links to some polish websites (some were like a facebook or myspace)

I do not like the twitter links so much, just because I do not like twitter. When I found the news article, it made me smile and brought back very good childhood memories.

Music Memories #1

I remember listening to Roy Orbison since the age of three. My mom always played "Pretty Woman" in the car. I also remember listening to Elvis Presley, and the oldies station. When I began school, I remeber the ear of Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Christina Aguilera, N'sync, and the Spice Girls. If you did not have their CD's or cassettes you were not "cool". I even had their stickers! As time moved on the "now" CD's came along, which had all the hit singles from the radio and MTV. I began listening to the radio more, like 101.3 and eventually was is now today Energy 92.7. My parents would not let me listen to radio stations like wild 94.9, so thats when I got my first Ipod. Then I began to put music on there that I liked. Soon after that, I did not need the radio as much since I had my Ipod. And this is where I am today. I find new music through Itunes, dance clubs, friends, and even the radio when I am in the car.

Study Tip #1

I like to read and write down the most important aspects that I read. This way I can really remember what I have read. It is also a short cut to refernce anything I may have forgotten.
